Donostia Studio è un network di liberi professionisti, aziende, agenzie e figure professionali che convergono a collaborare su un progetto. Essere un network e non una società o un’azienda ci permette soprattutto di avere una prassi di lavoro agile ma anche di condividere saperi, saper-fare e metodologie orientando tutta l’implementazione alla migliore riuscita del progetto da realizzare per e con i nostri clienti.

Essere un network ci permette di mettere al centro i nostri clienti, il progetto da realizzare e non noi stessi. Per noi la comunicazione è una cosa importante.

Il cliente si relaziona con un referente del progetto – il ‘project manager’ – ma nel corso del suo sviluppo conoscerà tutti i professionisti del team che lavorano a ogni fase, sia progettuale che di realizzazione. Per questo preferiamo dire che collaboriamo con i nostri clienti alla realizzazione di un progetto e non semplicemente che offriamo dei servizi.

I nostri clienti diventano parte del team di Donostia Studio e Donostia Studio diventa parte del team che ci contatta per realizzare il progetto. Questa metodologia collaborativa permette di soddisfare le esigenze di tutti perché al centro del nostro approccio c’è la sostenibilità.

Per noi la sostenibilità non è solo quella nei confronti dell’ambiente ma anche verso il lavoro.

Con questo intendiamo diverse cose e di seguito riportiamo quelle che consideriamo le più importanti:

• sostenibilità nei confronti dell’ambiente naturale
  Scegliamo soluzioni che abbiano il minor impatto sulle risorse del pianeta (come ad esempio: service attenti alla carbon footprint, stampiamo il meno possibile, usiamo macchinari a basso impatto energetico e molto altro…)
• sostenibilità nei confronti del lavoro
  Essere un network ci permette di non sfruttare il lavoro di nessuno. Ogni professionista che collabora al progetto segue ogni fase, da quella commerciale a quella progettuale a quella della realizzazione. Per questo motivo selezioniamo con attenzione i progetti con cui collaboriamo: sono quelli in cui è centrale una reciproca comprensione tra noi e il cliente della qualità e della quantità del lavoro da svolgere, del tempo, delle risorse da investire. In questo modo saremo tutti felici.
• sostenibilità nei confronti delle relazioni
  Abbiamo un approccio etico e politico a quello che facciamo. Abbiamo un approccio ecosistemico. Per questo non collaboriamo con progetti razzisti, fascisti, sessisti ed estrattivi.
  Dal 2022 abbiamo scelto di indicare sulle nostre fatture la percentuale che ci impegneremo di devolvere a una ONG che si occupa di fuoriuscita dall’estrattivismo. Quest’anno, il 2022, abbiamo scelto Emergency.

Our approach

Donostia Studio is a network of freelancers, companies, agencies and professionals who come together to collaborate on a project. Being a network and not a company or a firm allows us, above all, to have an agile working practice but also to share knowledge, know-how and methodologies, orienting the entire implementation towards the best success of the project for and with our customers.

Being a network allows us to focus on our customers, on the project to be implemented, and not on ourselves. Communication is important to us.

Customer relates to a contact person for the project – the ‘project manager’ – but in the course of its development he/she will get to know all the professionals in the team who are working on each phase, both in terms of design and implementation. This is why we prefer to say that we collaborate with our customers in the realization of a project and not simply that we offer services.
Our customers become part of the Donostia Studio team and Donostia Studio becomes part of the team that contacts us to carry out the project. This collaborative methodology allows us to meet everyone’s needs because sustainability is at the heart of our approach.

For us, sustainability is not only about the environment but also about work.

By this we mean a number of things, and here below are the ones we consider most important:

• Sustainability towards the natural environment
  We choose solutions that have the least possible impact on the Planet’s resources (e.g. carbon footprint, printing as little as possible, using low energy but professionals technologies, etc.);
• Sustainability with regard to work
  Being a network allows us not to exploit anyone’s work. Each professional who collaborates on the project follows each phase, from the commercial phase to the design phase to the production phase. This is why we carefully select the projects we collaborate with: they are those in which a mutual understanding between us and the client of the quality and quantity of the work to be carried out, of the time and resources to be invested is central. This way we will all be happy.
• Sustainability in relations
  We have an ethical and political approach to what we do. We have an ecosystem approach. That is why we do not collaborate with racist, fascist, sexist and extractive projects. Starting from 2022, we have chosen to indicate on our invoices the percent we will undertake to donate to an NGO that works to overcome extrativism. This year, 2022, we have chosen Emergency.
